Aged for Superior Flavor & Tenderness

All of our beef is aged a minimum of 21 days, with select premium cuts aged even longer. Proper aging breaks down muscle fibers naturally, resulting in meat that is noticeably more tender and flavorful than what you'll find at a typical grocery store. You'll taste the difference.

No Hormones. No Antibiotics. No Steroids.

We don't believe in shortcuts. Our animals are never given hormones, antibiotics, or steroids. Period. What you get is clean, natural meat the way it was meant to be raised.

Federal regulations prohibit the use of hormones in pork and poultry.

Pasture Raised Naturally

Our animals are pasture raised, living the way nature intended, with open space, fresh air, and a natural diet. Pasture raised meat is not only better for the animal but also produces a richer, more nutritious product for your family.
