At Good Farmers Fundraiser, we are committed to delivering your premium meat products in perfect condition — frozen, fresh, and ready for your freezer. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
Local Fundraiser Pickup
For customers participating in a local fundraiser through an organization, church, sports team, or community group, your order will be available for pickup at your designated organization's location on the assigned pickup day and time communicated by your fundraiser coordinator.
- Products will be delivered directly to your organization's pickup location frozen and ready for your freezer
- Please arrive during your assigned pickup window to ensure product quality
- If you are unable to pick up your order during the assigned time, contact your fundraiser coordinator as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements
- Good Farmers Fundraiser is not responsible for product quality if pickup is significantly delayed beyond the assigned time
Shipping Carrier & Method
All orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day Air to ensure your products arrive quickly and in optimal condition. We ship to all 50 states across the United States.
Packaging & Temperature Control
We take the integrity of your order seriously. Every shipment is carefully packaged to maintain safe frozen temperatures throughout transit:
- Summer Months (May – September): All orders are packed with dry ice to ensure products remain fully frozen during transit
- Winter Months (October – April): All orders are packed with gel ice packs to maintain safe frozen temperatures throughout delivery
Most products are vacuum-sealed prior to shipping to preserve freshness and prevent freezer burn.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a UPS tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Delivery Timeframe
All orders are shipped UPS 2-Day Air, meaning you can expect delivery within 2 business days of your shipment date. We recommend being available to receive your package promptly upon delivery to ensure product quality.
Important Delivery Notes
- Do not leave frozen shipments sitting outside for extended periods, especially in warm weather
- If you are unavailable at delivery, ensure someone can retrieve the package promptly or request a UPS hold at a local facility
- We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival and contacting us within 24 hours if there are any concerns about product temperature or condition
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Delays & Carrier Issues
While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, occasional carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed and product quality is compromised as a result, please contact us immediately and we will work to make it right under our Quality Guarantee.
