Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing, this allows the dumplings to breathe and gives you a much better result.

Pan Fry (Potsticker Style): Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add dumplings flat side down, cook 2-3 minutes until golden. Add 3 tbsp water, cover immediately and steam 4-5 minutes. Uncover and cook 1 more minute until crispy.

Steam: Place in a steamer basket over boiling water, steam 6-8 minutes until cooked through.

Boil: Drop into boiling water, cook 5-6 minutes until they float and are cooked through. Serve with soy sauce, chili oil, or your favorite dipping sauce.
