Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the fish to breathe and gives you a much better result.

Deep Fry: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry nuggets 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.

Oven Bake: Preheat to 400°F. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
