Pollock is one of the most versatile white fish you can keep in your freezer — mild, flaky, and clean in flavor. Our Wild Caught Pollock Fillets are chemical free, sustainably sourced, and packed with lean protein your family will love. Perfect for fish tacos, baked dishes, fish fry nights, or a simple weeknight dinner.

Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the fish to breathe and gives you a much better result.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fillets on a greased baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Bake 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Pan Fry: Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season fillets and cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Fish Tacos: Season with cumin, chili powder, and garlic. Cook in a hot skillet 3-4 minutes per side. Serve in warm tortillas with slaw, avocado, and lime.
