Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing. This allows the meat to breathe and gives you a much better result.

Pan Fry: Season well, dredge lightly if frying, and cook in a hot pan 3-4 minutes per side. For extra tenderness, simmer with gravy or sauce after browning.

Broil: Salt and pepper to your liking and brush each side with oil. Broil 3 minutes per side until nicely caramelized.
