Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the meat to breathe and gives you a much better result.
Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Wrap slabs in foil and heat 25-30 minutes until warmed through. For extra caramelization, unwrap the last 5 minutes and brush with additional sauce. Serve immediately.
Grill: Wrap in foil and heat over medium heat 15-20 minutes until warmed through. Unwrap the last few minutes for a little char and caramelization. Serve with extra sauce on the side.
