Cut from the blade end of the loin, our Extra Tender Pork Ribeye Steaks are richly marbled, incredibly juicy, and packed with bold flavor that rivals any beef cut at a fraction of the price. The marbling runs edge to edge, which means these stay juicy no matter how you cook them — grill, sear, broil, or air fry.
At 10oz per steak, these are a hearty, satisfying portion every time. Fourteen steaks per order — stock the freezer and fire up the grill all season long.

Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the meat to breathe and gives you a much better result.
Grill: Season generously with salt, pepper, and your favorite rub. Grill over high heat 4-5 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Pan Sear: Heat oil or butter in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear 4-5 minutes per side until deeply golden and cooked through to 145°F. Finish with a pat of butter and fresh herbs. Rest before serving.
Broil: Place on a broiler pan and broil 5-6 minutes per side until caramelized and internal temperature reaches 145°F. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
