Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the fish to breathe and gives you a much better result.
Pan Sear: Pat dry and season with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Finish with a squeeze of lemon and fresh dill.
Oven Bake: Preheat to 400°F. Place fillets on a greased baking sheet, season well, and bake 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Grill: Brush with olive oil and season generously. Grill over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through with light grill marks. Serve with lemon and fresh herbs.
