The T-bone gives you a tender filet on one side and a bold, beefy strip on the other, with the bone in between locking in all that flavor. Our T-bones are graded Choice or higher, sourced from cattle raised without hormones, antibiotics, or steroids. Ten steaks per box, each a full pound of clean beef ready for your freezer.

Recommended Cooking: Bring to room temperature 30 minutes before cooking. Season generously with coarse salt and black pepper. Grill or cast iron over high heat, 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Target 130 degrees internal temp. Rest 5 to 7 minutes before cutting. The bone holds heat, so give it time.
