Cod loins are the premium cut — thick, meaty, and cut from the heart of the fish where the flesh is at its most tender and flavorful. Our Wild Caught Pacific Cod Loins are individually quick frozen (IQF) at peak freshness, boneless, skinless, and portioned at a generous 6oz each so every piece cooks up perfectly every time.
With that classic mild, clean white fish flavor that the whole family loves, these loins are incredibly versatile — bake them, pan-sear them, air fry them, or bread them for the ultimate fish and chips night at home.

Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from packaging before thawing to allow the fish to breathe and give you the best texture and flavor.
Oven Bake: Preheat to 400°F. Pat dry, season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake 15-18 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Pan Sear: Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Air Fry: 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway. Serve with lemon, tartar sauce, or your favorite sides.
