Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from vacuum packaging before thawing to allow the fish to breathe and give you the best texture and flavor.
Pan Sear: Pat dry and season generously. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and fish flakes easily. Finish with lemon butter and fresh herbs.
Grill: Brush with oil and season well. Grill over medium-high heat 3-4 minutes per side. Perfect for fish tacos or a simple grilled fish plate.
Oven Bake: Preheat to 400°F. Place on a greased baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season generously. Bake 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
