Haddock is one of the finest white fish the North Atlantic has to offer — clean, lean, and full of flavor. Our Wild Caught Haddock Fillets are boneless, skinless, and perfect for baking, broiling, fish chowder, or a classic fish fry. Delicate, slightly sweet, and firm enough to hold up to any cooking method.

Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the fish to breathe and gives you a much better result.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fillets on a greased baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Bake 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Pan Fry: Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season fillets and cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Broil: Place on a broiler pan, season well, and broil 4-5 minutes per side until lightly caramelized and cooked through.
