Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the fish to breathe and gives you a much better result.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fillets on a greased baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Bake 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Pan Sear: Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season fillets and cook 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Fish Fry: Coat in seasoned flour or your favorite batter. Fry in hot oil at 350°F for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
