Mild, firm, and slightly sweet, Mahi Mahi is one of the most versatile and universally loved fish you can cook. It takes seasoning beautifully, holds up on the grill, and comes together fast on a weeknight.

Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the meat to breathe and gives you a much better result.
Fish Tacos: Season with cumin, chili powder, garlic, and lime. Cook in a hot skillet with oil 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Serve in warm tortillas with slaw, avocado, and a squeeze of lime.
Seafood Bowl: Season and pan sear over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes per side. Serve over rice with black beans, corn, mango salsa, and chipotle crema.
Grill: Toss with olive oil and seasoning. Grill in a basket or on foil over medium-high heat 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through and lightly charred.
