Mahi Mahi is one of the most versatile fish in the ocean — mild, firm, and slightly sweet, it takes seasoning beautifully and holds up perfectly on the grill, in the oven, or in a hot skillet. Our Wild Caught Mahi Mahi comes portioned at 4oz each and individually vacuum packed (IVP) so every piece stays at peak freshness until you're ready to cook. Boneless, skinless, and zero prep required.

At approximately 40 portions per 10 lb order, you've got weeknight dinners, meal prep, and healthy eating covered for the whole month. Thaw only what you need — the rest stays perfectly fresh in the freezer.

Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the meat to breathe and gives you a much better result.

Pan Sear: Pat dry and season generously. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and fish flakes easily. Finish with lemon butter and fresh herbs.

Grill: Brush with oil and season well. Grill over medium-high heat 3-4 minutes per side. Mahi holds up beautifully on the grill — perfect for fish tacos or a simple grilled fish plate.

Oven Bake: Preheat to 400°F. Place on a greased baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season generously. Bake 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
