Each boneless, skinless fillet is wild caught and individually quick frozen (IQF) at peak freshness — firm, mild, and slightly sweet with a beautiful golden color when cooked. Big enough to be the star of the plate, versatile enough to work with any preparation. Grill it, blacken it, bake it, or pan-sear it — Mahi Mahi at this size is hard to beat.

Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the meat to breathe and gives you a much better result.

Pan Sear: Pat dry and season generously. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 4-5 minutes per side until golden and fish flakes easily. Finish with lemon butter and fresh herbs.

Blackened: Coat generously with blackening seasoning. Cook in a very hot cast iron skillet with butter 3-4 minutes per side until deeply charred and cooked through. Serve with remoulade or over dirty rice.

Oven Bake: Preheat to 400°F. Place on a greased baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season generously. Bake 15-18 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
