Red Snapper Fingers are one of those products that disappear fast at the dinner table. Bite-sized, sweet, and clean in flavor, these wild caught pieces fry up golden in minutes and work just as well in tacos, seafood baskets, or as a crowd-pleasing appetizer. Individually quick frozen at peak freshness so every piece tastes like it just came off the boat.

Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the fish to breathe and gives you a much better result.
Deep Fry: Coat in seasoned flour or your favorite batter. Fry in hot oil at 350°F for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels and serve with remoulade or tartar sauce.
Pan Fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season and cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Great for quick weeknight dinners.
Fish Tacos: Season with cumin, chili powder, and garlic. Pan fry until golden. Serve in warm tortillas with slaw, avocado, and a squeeze of lime.
