These generous 8-10oz Snapper portions are built for the center of the plate. Wild caught and individually vacuum packed to lock in peak freshness, each boneless, skin-on portion delivers the sweet, delicate flavor that makes Snapper one of the most prized fish in the world. The skin crisps up beautifully when pan-seared — golden, crispy on the outside, tender and flaky inside. Thaw only what you need and keep the rest perfectly fresh in the freezer.

Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the fish to breathe and gives you a much better result.
Pan Sear (skin side down): Pat dry and season generously. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place skin-side down and press gently for the first 30 seconds. Cook 4-5 minutes until skin is golden and crispy, flip and cook 2-3 minutes more until cooked through.
Oven Bake: Preheat to 400°F. Place skin-side down on a greased baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season well. Bake 15-18 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Grill: Brush with oil and season. Grill skin-side down over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes, flip carefully and cook 3-4 minutes more until cooked through.
