Yellow Tail Mangrove Snapper is one of the most prized fish in Florida and the Gulf Coast — sweet, firm, and absolutely stunning on the plate. Each whole fish is expertly gutted, gilled, and scaled (GGS) and individually vacuum packed to lock in peak freshness. At 1-1.5 lbs each, they're the perfect size for grilling whole, baking with herbs and citrus, or frying up for a classic whole fish presentation. This is the kind of fish that impresses every time.

Recommended Cooking: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Important: remove from the plastic or vacuum seal bag before thawing — this allows the fish to breathe and gives you a much better result.
Grill Whole: Score the fish 3-4 times on each side. Rub with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs. Grill over medium-high heat 5-6 minutes per side until skin is charred and fish is cooked through. Serve with grilled lemon.
Oven Bake: Stuff the cavity with lemon slices, garlic, and fresh herbs. Drizzle with olive oil and season well. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until the flesh flakes easily at the thickest part.
Fry Whole: Season with your favorite spices and coat lightly in seasoned flour. Fry in hot oil at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain and serve with hot sauce and lime.
